I will be teaching all or at least most styles...that is
because in the beginning stages everybody must
learn the same principles. After learning the basics
it's easy to branch off into what each student would
like to learn or genre of music he or she would be
interested in. At that point we focus on how to learn
songs by ear and using basic music theory so
each student can play on their own. This is very
important because this is how many band
musicians play....however this is rarely taught in
books.

How much does it cost
$20.00 for each 45 minute lesson. Each lesson
plan includes printed material of what is covered in
that particular lesson. Some lessons will include
backing tracks for the student to practice along
with. The backing tracks will keep in form with what
we are studying at that time.

Why should I take guitar lessons?
Looking over the years of playing the guitar, it was
always when taking private lessons that I always
made the most progress as a musician. There is a
lot benefits to be gained by playing any musical
instrument and I would recommend it for anyone!
